By accessing or using Davolo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your Content and License to Us

You retain ownership of content you upload. To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely for providing and improving the service features you use (including document processing, summaries, comparisons, and retrieval).

Confidentiality

We treat your content as confidential and do not disclose it except to service providers acting on our behalf, as required by law, or with your consent.

AI/Model Use

The service may use third‑party AI models to process your inputs and generate outputs. Providers are permitted to use your data only to perform the requested processing and not to train their foundation models.

Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions and top‑ups are billed via our payments partner under the plan terms shown at checkout. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. You may change or cancel your plan at any time as described in the app.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to breach security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• No automated scraping or excessive requests beyond normal usage.
• Respect third‑party rights and confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete content you control from within the app. Deleted content is removed from active systems and then from backups on a rolling basis.

Service Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, impose limits, or discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where feasible.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Outputs generated by AI or automated processing may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Davolo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Davolo and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Davolo is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
